This thing enticed me a lot initially. I’ve been following this company’s social media handles for a while, and I’ve always loved the content you share on a daily basis. I came to know how you have people in various departments collaborate with the users. So, I was psyched when I read this job posting for a social media manager with Instagram experience.  Even at my last job, I was given the role for launching our Instagram professional account and growing it to 10k followers in a short span of time.
During that experience, my love for gaming, and my deep knowledge of the games increased a lot and I learned a lot during this phase, which will help me in this organization.

I have ample experience as a team leader, but more importantly, most of those years were working with marketing teams that were in the exact same phase General Motors is in now.
Growth is great, but only if the rest of the company’s members can keep up. I’m also quite confident I can make sure your marketing team is confident and enthusiastic about marketing new products by implementing various campaigns and curriculums.

There, I was able to demo the company’s light emitting products, answer their questions, and evangelize the value of the bulbs. It really helped the company to generate ROI of $100,000.

7. What’s a time you disagreed with a decision that was made at work?

“I was working as s financial executive. I was putting together reports for prospective company investments. It was very vital to get the details and numbers right so that top brass people had the best information to make a valued decision.

One time, my boss asked me to generate a sales report by Thursday morning. Because I’m committed to very high-quality work and I had to intervene with the boss’s decision at a point of time.  Later on, I told him about this work and explained all the scenarios of the company investments report. Sooner or later the matter was sorted between us.

8. Tell me about a time you failed ?

Actually, the deadline of some project was coming up nearby, I started pushing one of my employees very hard to complete the job. Actually, he had some family mishap that week. Without asking him, I screamed at him several times. This time I realized I failed to empathize with my peers unknowingly.

9. Why are you leaving your current job?

“I am pretty confident that I’m ready for the next challenge in the next phase of my career. I loved the people I worked with in the past and the projects I worked on, but at some point, I realized I wasn’t being challenged enough as I used to be. So, I decided to pursue a different position where I can prosper and thrive.
